Parties to the agreement
"Buyer" is used for the natural person who mainly acts outside his profession and who, by placing an order to Lavpris Låse, places an order for the purchase and delivery of certain goods.


All agreements are concluded in Danish

Order confirmation is sent by email immediately after the order, new can be requested by contacting us.


How to shop

Select the item, add it to the cart and then proceed to payment, when you go through the payment you will be guided by the system and can in a simple way choose how you want to pay, where the item should be delivered etc.

Companies and public institutions can do business by phone/email inquiry.

"Lavpris-laase" is used in the following both about the natural or legal person who, by order confirmation, accepts the Buyer's order and sells the ordered goods, and about the website from which goods are presented and ordered.

Prices

All prices quoted are inclusive of 25% VAT.

Lavpris-laase.dk does its utmost to pass on correct information about discounts and offers we provide, but errors may occur. Reservations are made for errors and omissions in prices and descriptions, as well as for sold-out items.

Discount codes and similar are excluded on certain selected product groups.


Placing an order

Ordering on our website is a binding agreement, and an order confirmation is sent immediately after the order is placed. However, we reserve the right to backorder or discontinue products, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.

Stock figures are updated once a day, so you may find that an item is sold out even though it is in stock.

All locks of the same type purchased in the same shopping cart are always added to the same key.

When locks are recoded, only the 2-3 keys that were in the first lock are included, the other keys are coded out and are therefore not included.

If you choose to have the locks rekeyed to your own key code, 1 rekeying key is included.

 

Payment

The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. There is thus no one else who sees or saves the information about you. When purchasing with a Dankort or credit card, the amount is deducted from your account as soon as the item leaves Lavpris Låse. If you choose to receive the item with cash on delivery, the amount is paid on receipt of the item.

PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee
Your purchase from us is completely covered by the PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee. It ensures you up to DKK 50,000 if something should go wrong in connection with your purchase. To be covered by the Purchase Guarantee, you simply have to be a registered member on PriceRunner.

The purchase guarantee covers natural persons residing in Denmark, and it applies if shops do not assume their responsibility according to the Purchase Act within 60 days of a purchase.

Even if you are not already a member of PriceRunner and have entered our website through them, your purchase may still be covered by the Purchase Guarantee. If you want your purchase to be covered by the Purchase Guarantee, your order must be addressed to you as a private person. With the Purchase Guarantee, you get compensation if an item is defective, if an item is missing on delivery, if the item is not delivered or if the item is incorrect or defective.

You will only be compensated for the direct financial damage you have suffered, acquisition costs and shipping costs. The PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee therefore does not include compensation for other direct or indirect costs, loss of value or lost income.

Delivery

All stock items ordered before 12 noon on weekdays are shipped the same day, non-stock items are shipped as soon as possible, if the delivery time exceeds 3 days, we will contact the customer and inform them of the reason. All goods are sent with Postnord or GLS as Parcel where receipt must be acknowledged, larger goods are sent with Danske Fragtmænd directly from our suppliers.

When shipping outside Denmark, you will receive a freight charge by e-mail before we send the item, we do not accept the order until it has been paid.

If you order with Flex delivery, or must be placed without a signature, the responsibility passes to the customer when the carrier has delivered the package, it is an agreement between the customer and the carrier and disputes must be settled between these 2 parties and are beyond our control.

If you order to a parcel shop, please note that we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive at the correct parcel shop in peak load situations. The carrier sometimes moves the parcel to the nearest collection point if a given parcel shop is full.

If you forget to pick up the package in the Parcel Shop and it comes back to us, we will store the package until you contact yourself, if you want the package resent, we will send an invoice for a new freight that must be paid first, if you want to cancel the order, the freight will be deducted before we credit just as we can/will charge the return costs covered in the return payment in special cases.

Free shipping for purchases over DKK 800 only applies to goods and orders where delivery is ordered in the GLS parcel shop, not all goods can be delivered in the parcel shop and therefore there is not free shipping on all goods, safes and bar locks, for example, cannot be delivered in Package shop.

 

Complaint

Lavpris Låse provides, in accordance with the Sales Act, a 2-year right of complaint from receipt of the goods for manufacturing and material defects (deficiencies). The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.

As a consumer, you have a 2-year right to complain, which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified

Complaints are made by contacting us by email or telephone, after which we can demand that the item be sent/delivered to our store, Merkurvej 6, 4700 Næstved.

All packages must be sent directly to our store, not to parcel shops or other alternative delivery methods,

The invoice or a copy thereof must be presented to Lavpris Låse in connection with the use of the complaint.

Any complaints about defects in delivered products must, after the Buyer has or should have discovered the defect, be made to Lavpris Låse within a reasonable time. Otherwise, the Buyer loses his right to claim the defect.

Please state and show on request what the defect consists of.

If you wish to submit a complaint to a public body about a product or service purchased from us, such a complaint can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.

You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.

The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Disclaimer and Warranty

Low Price Locks has made it easy for you to get relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are outside Lavpris Låse's control. We can therefore in no way be held responsible for the content on these pages, unless otherwise follows from the general rules of Danish law.

Information about the ordered goods from such websites is not included in the description of the ordered goods in the agreement between the Buyer and Lavpris Låse, unless otherwise follows from the general rules of Danish law.

The Seller is not liable for direct or indirect losses as a result of the ordered goods arriving late to the Buyer, or the ordered goods suffering from defects, when the delay or defects are due to the Buyer's action or omission or circumstances beyond Lavpris Låse's control, e.g. war, rebellion, unrest, fire, intervention by the state, seizure, currency restrictions, labor disputes of any kind, including strikes and lockouts, or the like, unless otherwise follows from the general rules of Danish law.
Lavpris Låse does not provide an independent guarantee for the ordered goods, and the Buyer only obtains the guarantees that the manufacturer issues to the Buyer, unless otherwise follows from the general rules of Danish law.

 

Right of cancellation (private only)

If the Customer informs Lavpris Låse that the Customer has regretted his purchase within 14 days of delivery, Lavpris Låse will refund the amount received. Used and damaged goods as well as services and recoding keys cannot be returned, the goods must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity, the goods packaging must be preserved and sent back, YOU must ensure proper packaging of the goods before you return them, damaged goods and or embellage will mean a deduction from the return price.

You must always pay the return shipping yourself. Goods that are returned to UFRANCO, without distribution or on cash on delivery, are refused receipt. For returns, please use Postnord or GLS - not alternative package distributors. As it makes it possible to track the item if it should get lost during return shipping. You should send the item properly packaged - together with a copy of the invoice and please write clearly that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal and that you therefore wish to be refunded the purchase price. We recommend that you send the item back as a careful package with Postnord.

Since the original packaging in some cases constitutes a significant part of the product's value, this may mean that the product cannot be considered returned in essentially the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included or is damaged. Therefore, always remember to save the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the item.

When you regret a purchase, you must always contact us before returning the item, you cannot simply send the item back or refuse receipt. You bear the cost of returning the item yourself.

These return rules apply to all items sold as distance sales (to individuals) - it does not apply to items picked up in our store, nor to items sold to companies.
 
When goods are sent back, we have 30 days according to the ehandelsfonden's rules to repay the money. Normally this happens much faster, but in some cases it can take up to 30 days before the amount is back in your account.

 

Return goods when purchased as business/public.

As a rule, businesses do not have the right to return goods, and as a general rule a return fee of 20% will be calculated on goods returned by businesses and public customers. YOU must always contact us before returning goods and get the return approved.

Goods brought home by Spec will not be returned.
 

Subject to change

Lavpris Låse reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions that apply to this website. It is therefore important that you keep yourself informed of any changes.
 

Abuse

Misuse of Lavpris-laase.dk will result in a police report.
