Delivery

All stock items ordered before 12 noon on weekdays are shipped the same day, non-stock items are shipped as soon as possible, if the delivery time exceeds 3 days, we will contact the customer and inform them of the reason. All goods are sent with Postnord or GLS as Parcel where receipt must be acknowledged, larger goods are sent with Danske Fragtmænd directly from our suppliers.

When shipping outside Denmark, you will receive a freight charge by e-mail before we send the item, we do not accept the order until it has been paid.
If you order with Flex delivery, or must be placed without a signature, the responsibility passes to the customer when the carrier has delivered the package, it is an agreement between the customer and the carrier and disputes must be settled between these 2 parties and are beyond our control.

If you order to a parcel shop, please note that we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive at the correct parcel shop in peak load situations. The carrier sometimes moves the parcel to the nearest collection point if a given parcel shop is full.

If you forget to pick up the package in the Parcel Shop and it comes back to us, we will store the package until you contact yourself, if you want the package resent, we will send an invoice for a new freight that must be paid first, if you want to cancel the order, the freight will be deducted before we credit just as we can/will charge the return costs covered in the return payment in special cases.

Free shipping on purchases over DKK 799 only applies to goods and orders where delivery is ordered in the GLS parcel shop, not all goods can be delivered in the parcel shop and therefore there is not free shipping on all goods, safes and bar locks, for example, cannot be delivered in Package shop.
