ORDERING AND PAYMENT

You can easily order goods by putting them in the shopping basket and going to pay.

We accept several payment methods such as Dankort, MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard, etc.

Yes, all payment information is sent in encrypted form directly to PBS.

If an item is sold out or backordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.

DELIVERY

We ship all stock items ordered before 12 on weekdays the same day. Please note that some items may be on back order.

We use Postnord or GLS for smaller packages and Danske Fragtmænd for larger items.

If you have chosen Flex delivery, the responsibility passes to you when the carrier has delivered the package.

Yes, for orders delivered in Denmark we offer free shipping on purchases over DKK 799, but only for goods delivered in the GLS package shop or to GLS businesses.

Yes, you will receive a tracking code so you can follow your package.

RETURN

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the delivery date. The item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity, and the original packaging must be preserved.

Please contact us first to get approval to return the item. You can then send the item back with a copy of the invoice and an indication that you wish to make use of the right of cancellation.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

We strive to refund the amount as quickly as possible, but this may take up to 30 days.

Commercial customers do not normally have the right of return, and a return fee of 20% will be calculated on goods returned by commercial and public customers.
