OPERATING PRINCIPLE The motion detector registers movement/presence by temperature difference with background thermal radiation. The microwave sensor prevents false alarms caused by complex disturbance. FUNCTIONS The unit is designed for use in rooms with air conditioning and fireplaces. The detector detects and ignores drafts, movement from curtains, blinds, flickering, glare and reflections. INSTALLATION AND SETUP The unit is ready for assembly and installation as soon as it is unpacked from the packaging: the battery is already installed and it is therefore not necessary to disassemble the detector. With a single click, it can be connected to the hub via the mobile app. The detector is mounted on an eyepiece, with the included SmartBracket bracket.
