Parties to the Agreement
"Buyer" is used to mean the natural person who mainly trades outside his business and who, by placing an order for Lavpris-laase.dk, places and orders for the purchase and delivery of certain goods.

Order:
Ordering on our website is a binding agreement, and order confirmation is sent immediately after the order. However, it is reserved that items may have been reordered or completely discontinued, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.
All locks of the same type as purchased in the same shopping cart are always added to the same key, unless otherwise stated in the comments field.
When locks are recoded, only the 2-3 keys that were in the first lock are included, the other keys are coded out and therefore not delivered.
If you choose to have the lock changed to your own key code, no keys are included.
Payment:
The account information you enter when purchasing goods sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL), which only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores information about you. When buying with a Dankort or credit card, the amount is deducted from your account as soon as the item departs from Lavpris-Laase. If you choose to receive the item by cash on delivery, the amount is paid upon receipt of the item.

Delivery:
All stock items order before 12 noon on each day dispatch the same day, items that are not stock items ship as soon as possible, at delivery time over 3 days we contact customers and inform about the reason. All goods are sent with Postnord or GLS as a package where you must acknowledge receipt, larger goods are sent with Danske Fragtmænd directly from our suppliers.
For shipping outside Denmark, you will receive a Shipping charge if not included by e-mail before we send the item, we do not accept the order until it its paid..
If you order with Flex delivery, or may be placed without a signature, the responsibility passes to the customer when the carrier has delivered the package, it is an agreement between the customer and the carrier and disputes must be resolved between these 2 parties and are beyond our control.
If you order for a parcel shop, please note that we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive in the correct parcel shop in peak load situations. The carrier sometimes moves the package to the nearest collection point if a given parcel shop is full.
If you forget to pick up the package in the Parcel Shop and it comes back to us, we keep the package until you contact us, if you want the package sent back, we will send an invoice for a new freight that must be paid first, if you want to cancel the order, the freight will be deducted before we credits just as we in special cases can / will charge return costs covered in the return payment.
Free shipping on purchases of more than DKK 500 only applies to goods and orders where orders are ordered for delivery in GLS parcel shop, not all goods can be delivered in parcel shop and therefore there is no free shipping on all goods. Not delivered in Parcel Shop.
Free shipping does not Apply shipping outside Denmark.
Complaint:
Lavpris-laase.dk In accordance with the Danish Sales law, Lavpris-laase.dk gives a 2-year right of complaint from the receipt of the item due to production and material defects (defects). The invoice or copy thereof must be presented to Lavpris-laase.dk in connection with the use of the complaint.
Any complaint about defects in delivered products must, after the Buyer has or should have discovered the defect, be made to Lavpris-laase.dk within a reasonable time. Otherwise, the Buyer loses his right to invoke the defect.

If you wish to submit a complaint to a public body about a product or service purchased from us, such a complaint can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.

Right of withdrawal: (private only)
If the Customer notifies Lavpris-laase.dk with the Customer having regretted his purchase within 14 days of delivery, Low Price Locks will refund the amount received. Therefore, always remember to store the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the item.
When you regret a purchase, always contact us before returning the item, you can not just send the item back or refuse receipt. You bear the cost of returning the item.
These return rules apply to all items sold as distance selling (to private individuals) - this does not apply to items picked up in our store, nor do items sold to companies.
When goods are sent home, according to the e-commerce fund's rules, we have 30 days to repay the money. Normally this happens much faster, but in some cases it can take up to 30 days before the amount is back in your account.
Returned goods for purchase as a business / public.
Business has basically not returned on goods and as a general rule, a return fee of 20% will be calculated on goods returned by business and public customers. You must always contact us before returning items and get the return approved.
Specific items purchased at home will not be returned.
